All of our Beef products are fresh from paddock to plate. Farmed on the South East Coast of New South Wales, in a little town of Bergalia. With no added hormones, no antibiotics and being 100% Australian, our high standard of is guaranteed. 

Our Lamb products are supplied by Break Out River Meats from local farms in the Cowra region. Lambs from this region have the reputation of being Australia’s highest quality product.

Majority of these products are farmed by a local producer, Thirlmere Poultry. All Chickens are free range, boned on our premises to give the customer the deserved quality. Other poultry options include Ducks and Turkeys. 

Our Pork is grown on a number of farms in the Riverina region in South Western New South Wales and Northern Victoria. This hand-selected Pork will guarantee quality at its highest. 

Our freezer is mostly filled by a variety of products from Fedora Pasta.
